Meet Our Therapists

Hannah Carroll

Hannah Carroll

Assistant Clinical Director Counselor, M.A., LPCA, TCM Supervisor

I pride myself in going above and beyond in providing my clients with a safe and nonjudgemental space. As a person-centered therapist, I believe the client is the master of their own reality and it is my job to meet them where they are at. I am a licensed professional counseling associate who is also targeted case management certified with trainings in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and serious mental illness. While I work with ages 13-75, I have found that my heart and passion are with the adolescent population. Each client has their own unique healing journey, and I am eager to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space to explore this and peel back the layers that make you, you. Regardless of your situation and background, I look forward to working together to build a therapeutic relationship!

I am Rodney Frederick; my passion is working with those looking to find the best version of themselves. I have 20 years of experience working with people in their darkest times. The Father created each of us with a plan for a future and hope (Jeremiah 29:11). As a licensed therapist, it is part of my mission to help sort out what we call life. Let’s do this together!!

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. -Jeremiah 29:11

Hi! I’m Hannah—a marriage and family therapy therapist currently completing my master’s degree, with a background in psychology and applied behavior analysis. I have experience working with substance abuse, family dynamics, and couples, which helps me support clients through a wide range of challenges.
I use a systemic approach to therapy, considering the relationships and environments that shape us. I’m especially drawn to attachment-based and experiential methods, creating a holistic and engaging therapeutic experience.
In session, I work alongside clients as a co-facilitator, helping them uncover goals, strengthen relationships, and grow. My priority is to offer a judgment-free space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.

Raegan Raines

Raegan Raines

Counselor, M.A., LPCA

I’m a clinical mental health counselor who works with teens and adults facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and perfectionism. Rooted in Reality Therapy, I focus on personal responsibility, choice, and what we can control to create meaningful change. My goal is to offer a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Before counseling, I spent several years coaching athletes, which shaped my belief in accountability, connection, and showing up for yourself—especially when it’s hard. I bring that same mindset to therapy, helping clients identify what matters most and take practical steps toward growth.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and work toward a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and aligned with your goals.
